Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or products that have been used.
Exceptions may be made for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@shopamglowco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you. Please retain the item and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Shipping options and applicable costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
We currently ship orders ourselves and may offer local pickup or delivery in the Sugar Land, Texas area when available. Local arrangements must be confirmed before pickup or delivery.
Candle Care
For the best experience, trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.
Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. Keep it away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Stop using the candle when approximately ½ inch of wax remains. Allow the jar to cool completely before handling.
