Shipping and Melting Policy

Orders may be shipped or arranged for local pickup/delivery in the Sugar Land, TX area. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated prior to payment confirmation.

A & M Glow Co. is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier once a package has been handed to the shipping provider. Customers are encouraged to photograph products upon receipt to document any shipping damage.

 

Order Processing & Transit Times

All of our home fragrance products are hand-poured in small batches right here in Texas. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive an email tracking link to monitor its journey in real-time.

 

☀️ Summer & Warm Weather Shipping (Crucial for Candles & Wax Melts)

Because wax is highly sensitive to extreme heat, we take extra precautions during the
warmer months (typically April through October) to ensure your items arrive in perfect
condition:

  • Shipping Days: We only ship orders out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This prevents your delicate candles and wax melts from sitting in a hot postal warehouse or delivery truck over the weekend.
  • Special Packaging: During peak summer months, wax melts and container candles are packed using insulated thermal wrap and ice packs at no extra charge to you.
  • Your Responsibility: Please monitor your tracking link closely and try to bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered. Fragile wax melts left on a scorching porch or in a metal mailbox all day will melt.

 

💨 Room Spray Regulations (Liquid & Ground Shipping)

Per United States Postal Service (USPS) and shipping carrier safety regulations, room sprays and liquid products containing specific bases cannot travel via air transport.

  • If your order contains a Room Spray, your entire package will automatically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
  • Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for ground transit compared to standard air-priority shipping. We are unable to offer overnight or expedited air shipping on orders containing room sprays.

 

📦 Damaged Packages & Broken Glass

Candles are heavy, and glass can occasionally break during transit despite our heavy bubble wrapping. If your order arrives damaged, warped, or broken, we've got you covered!

  • Please email us at admin@shopamglowco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will gladly ship out a replacement to you free of charge!
