Refund policy
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• The product arrived damaged or defective; or
• The wrong item was shipped.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting admin@shopamglowco.com or via Instagram DM with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement product or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds except in the case of order cancellation by the Company.
